We will be travelling to Venice for one night from our main honeymoon in Slovenia. Could anyone recommend somewhere to stay that will be a bit special but ideally no more than around £200 per room per night? Also is here anything special we should do during our time or is just walking around amazing enough?! Thank you very much.Emmy.

I think you found your way to the wrong forum. This forum is for Vence in France, not Venice in Italy. I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;d get more help if you re-posted your question there. I%26#39;ll just say that Venice can be magic, and you should be able to find something really nice within your budget.

You could make an existential choice. May be you were MEANT to go to Vence not Venice. Venice is submerged with tourists. Consider the French Riviera. OK its not got gondalas, but they are really tacky. Aspire to more.
