Probably by train--east, too, and you%26#39;ll get some beautiful views. If economy is your concern, however, perhaps you might consider going somewhere other than Monaco!

There is a bus every 15 minutes to Nice from the Gare Routiere on Avenue Jean Jaures. It costs E1.30 one way (as do all trips along the coast regardless of distance) and takes about 30-40 minutes. It terminates in Menton, further along the coast, so is designated %26quot;MONACO-MENTON%26quot;.
Along the way you will pass through VilleFranche, Beaulieu etc and get a much better view than from the train. Don%26#39;t worry about knowing when you have arrived: you will know when you have reached Monaco!
It%26#39;s quite nice to go there on the bus and come back on the train as after a day in Monaco you are usually tired and just want to sleep and get home quickly.
