Thinking of a summer activity hol in LDA. What is the summer skiing like? Would it be suitable for family of upper beginners/lower intermediates?

Absolutely! Perfect for a family. The glacier itself is not steep. Early in the morning (lifts open at 07.15) the snow is pretty hard, warming up with the day, and then when the lifts close at 13.15 it%26#39;s often pretty soft and slushy. After skiing you can do loads of other stuff, or just sit around the pool. It%26#39;s usually pretty warm, around 25 - 30 deg in the town in the middle of the day, and around 10 deg at night.
I think it%26#39;s the best summer holiday ever for families (of course I%26#39;m biased!)
