I have booked weekday lunch at GV which I hear has special price menus. What is the usual dress code please?

The same as you would wear for any similar class of restaurant in London.

For men, it is better to have a jacket, or at least a nice shirt. No tie needed.
For women, nice sweater or shirt and trousers/skirt will be perfect (and some jewels). High heel shoes are always elegant but if you plan to walk after lunch, forget about that. Avoid sneakers of course. Very little make-up.
