Which hotel of these three would you suggest for 25th...

Thank you in advance for your help.

My husband and I are visiting Rome, then Paris, for our 25th anniversary. I have perused this site for advice regarding general desirable hotel locations and for specific hotel reviews. At this point, I%26#39;d weighing these possibilities/offers and would appreciate your input:

- Hotel Bourg Tibourg in the Marais - double deluxe, 5th floor with balcony for EURO 250.

- K%26amp;K Cayre - Saint Germain area - suite and breakfast for EURO 350.

- Hotel Elysees Regencia - near 8th District, Suite for EURO 300.

I do love an attractive hotel room, especially for our anniversary, but I don%26#39;t need ostentation. My husband would appreciate the %26quot;finer things%26quot; like good TV reception, strong shower, accessibility to good breakfast. We don%26#39;t require strong concierge services, we%26#39;re happy to walk ALL over Paris and use the metro, although we certainly don%26#39;t want to be TOO far away from everything fun. This is our first trip to Paris, and probably his last.

There are other hotels to consider, certainly. Most of the others I%26#39;ve looked at send the price up another EURO 100-200, which I can pay if important. I won%26#39;t, however, go beyond EURO 450-500.

Your input and suggestions? Thank you!

Hello romefinally - I can%26#39;t speak of two of the hotels but I can tell you that it was one week ago today that I arrived and stayed at the KK Hotel Cayre. Oh how I wish it was one week ago and I was just getting there. The front desk staff was so very nice and helpful and I loved the fact that they liked to joke around with me. They were more than glad to store our luggage after check-out, also.

Our room was very nice and comfortable even with an extra bed added for a third person.

I truly do envy you because you are still looking forward to going and my trip is over. Hopefully, I can go again someday and if I do, I would definately stay at the Hotel Cayre again.

Enjoy your trip!!!!
