dining in paris

I am staying at the comfort hotel Gare De L%26#39;est at 31, boulevard de Strasbourg, Paris 75010.

Are there any decent, reasonably priced restaurants in the area, i plan to eat my dinner and break fast there in that area everyday. any help is greatly appreciated

Our favorite restaurant is in the 13th, near the Place d%26#39;Italie: Au Petit Marguery. Wonderful food at reasonable prices and a very nice atmosphere.

ANVS,

Judging by another of your posts, you need to be more specific about what %26quot;reasonable%26quot; means to you. Le Petit Marguery is quite good, but I don%26#39;t think it%26#39;s in your budget. You might try re-posting with an actual dollar amount you have in mind spending for each meal.

Go to this site:

You can search for restaurants according to the arrondissement, so start with the 10th and work your way through the neighboring arrondissements. Distances are quite short in Paris, and it%26#39;s a very walkable city, so don%26#39;t restrict yourslf to the area close to your hotel.

The 11th has a lot of reasonanly priced places that are good, just as an example.

Most of the comments are in French, but you%26#39;ll figure out what people think is good pretty easily. (Green coffe-pots are good, grey means OK, red is not so good.) The rough price for a full meal is indicated. I think the people posting their comments here tend to be youngish and looking for value, not spending a lot of money, so it should help.

If you see anything interesting and want to know more, or if you need help with a translation or two, just ask.
