Nicest restaurants in the Marais?

We go to Paris for Easter, staying at the Caron de Beaumarchais in Rue Vieille du Temple.

Which restaurants/bistros etc would you recommend please, for evening meals under 35 Euros each in this area (including wine)?

Thank you for your help.

Le Pamphlet is an excellent restaurant, located in the peaceful rue Debeylemme.

Their menu carte changes all the time and at 32 euros it is an very good value for money.

Camille is also a good one, on rue des -

Francs Bourgeois. More casual. Warm welcome.

Hi Jouby

Thank you for your post.

I cannot see Rue Debeylemme on my map. Is the restaurant at the corner of which other Rue please?

Also re Camille on rue des Francs Bourgeois - that is a long Rue. Again is the restaurant at the corner of which other Rue please, so I can pinpoint it on my map %26amp; find it when we get there?

Thank you very much for your help + any other suggestions very welcome, thanks.

There are a few good casual bistros close by your hotel including Les Philosophes on the corner of rue VdT and rue du Tresor and the associated La Chaise au Plafond next door and also Au Rendezvous des Amis at No 10 rue Ste Croix de la Bretonnerie.

In no particular order:

Le Realais de Jarente

rue de jarente

Basque. Warm and weklcoming. Go there hungry.

Vin des Pyrenees

rue Beautreillis

Classic bistro. Great ambience. Solid cuisine.

Cafe de la Poste

rue Castex

Bistrot de quartier. Hang out with the locals and eat good vaue %26quot;cuisine grand%26#39;mere%26quot; food.

Baracane

rue des Tournelles

South-west. Try the cassoulet.

Au Petit Fer a Cheval

rue Vieile du Temple

Support your local bistro! OLd-fashioned and traditional.

Le Temps des Cerises

rue de la Cerisaie

Lunch place only. (I know you said evening meals.) Good, copious food. Crowded and fun.

That%26#39;s enough to be going on with.

rue Debelleyme is the correct spelling.

Bon appetit!

Enoteca is a good italian restaurant with a great wine list, rue charles VI.

|||

Sorry for the spelling! Le Pamphlet is in rue Debelleyme, off the rue de Turenne and rue de Thorigny.

As for Camille, it is on 24 rue des Francs Bourgeois, at the corner of rue Elzevir.

Hoping this will help.
